"Hey there, it's Kathryn Nash! I'm excited to tell you about the story behind Resa Collection. Teaming up with Brandify, we went on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Together, we created a brand that's all about strength, faith, and feeling unstoppable.

I didn’t know who I was outside of fitness. I had the body I thought I wanted. I had achieved so much success, helping thousands of women transform their bodies. Yet… I felt insecure. My identity was tied to fitness, success, and striving for unrealistic beauty standards. I didn’t know who I truly was outside of those things.

I wanted so badly to feel confident, not just in my skin, but in who I was. Yet, no matter how fit I got, how shredded my abs were, or how much makeup I wore, I still felt inadequate. Confidence in myself was never enough.

For the past 4 years, God has been stripping me of who I thought I was and everything I thought I wanted. What I didn’t realize was that I was putting my faith in things that didn’t give me the confidence I craved. That’s why I felt insecure. God lovingly led me to a place of surrender, where I had to let go - let go of these standards I placed on myself, let go of this desire to achieve a perfect physique, let go of everything I thought I wanted.

He then taught me what it meant to be a daughter of God. He showed me His vast, unconditional love for me that doesn’t love me based on what I can do for Him or who I could become, but in who I already am. Christ alone is enough. I finally found the confidence I’ve been craving…

Resa is inspired by this journey I had with God. And my mission is for women to experience unshakeable confidence.
